Performed follow-up investigation of other incidents occurring in the Area, including: Hit and run collisions, freeway violence incidents, threats received by officers, false impersonation cases, narcotics and asset forfeiture cases, and interstate registration fraud cases. Prepared and executed search and arrest warrants.

COURT EXPERIENCE

Robert Koetting has provided courtroom testimony as an expert in traffic accidents, crime scene reconstruction, and law enforcement practices on 66 occasions. These include California Municipal and Superior Courts in 17 California Counties, including Alameda, Colusa, Del Norte, Lassen, Los Angeles, Mendocino, Orange, Placer, Plumas, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Joaquin, Shasta, Siskiyou, Sonoma, Trinity, and Ventura Counties. This also includes testimony as an expert in traffic accident reconstruction in the United States District Court, Eastern District of California, and at the Worker's Compensation Appeal Board. Robert Koetting has also testified as an expert in the field of traffic accident reconstruction at several California Department of Motor Vehicles driver safety hearings.
